November 2007 - The full funding requested from BTT for two new classrooms  at the Msiriwa Secondary School has been achieved and sent out to Tanzania.  This photograph - of some of the first intake of students at the school - was taken during the recent visit of Marian and Doug Williamson.

The second intake of students will be starting in January 2008 and BTT was asked to fund two of the four new classrooms urgently needed.  The construction is already growing quite rapidly thanks to the hard work and enthusiasm of the local community that has provided most of the labour from the school's start in March 2007 to get this new and much needed school built.

BTT's top priority project which needs funding is now the Nurses' House at the Rononi Dispensary, Njari.  This should allow there to be round-the-clock nursing and bring the wards fully into operation.
